Like many people, I suspect, I generally buy camisoles and tank tops from big box stores.  They’re not important parts of my wardrobe, but I like having a layer under shirts or sweaters.  Recently, all of these cheap layers have started to wear out at the same time.  The straps have lost their structure.  The bodies are saggy, droopy even.  I can no longer pretend they are wearable.

The dilemma: I don’t want to buy more disposable garments that will wear out in a year or two.

So, the plan is to make some new layers out of quality materials.  But which patterns?  If you have ever searched Ravelry for camisoles, bralettes, or crop tops, you know that there are literally a million patterns to choose from.  Somehow I managed to narrow it down to these 5 patterns 🙌🏿
